Will opened the doors to Flint Meadow Financial (FMF) in 2007 after watching one too many of his health insurance clients go to a rehabilitation center and end up staying as a long-term care patient. Many of them had elected not to purchase long-term care insurance and ended up paying thousands of dollars each month for ongoing care. He realized that if they had just had help sooner with broader financial planning, their situations could possibly have been much different.
While his specialty is still helping families with loved ones going through long-term healthcare events, FMF has grown into a family firm with access to legal and tax advice. Whatever planning solutions are presented are not just the workings of one mind, but the collective input of tax, legal, insurance, investment, estate and retirement planning experience. As a result, clients can receive a comprehensive analysis for their unique situation. He’s learned over the years that true happiness is found in serving others, and for Will’s client family to live lives with less worry and struggle because of work he did is the ultimate reward. Will is an Investment Advisor Representative holding a Series 65 securities registration, a Certified Estate PlannerTM (CEP®), and is life and health insurance licensed. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University and is fluent in Portuguese.
Will and his wife, Emily, are proud parents of four children, and together they enjoy hiking, boating, skiing, and attending the kids' soccer, basketball, and gymnastic events. His personal hobby list expands to include piano, yoga, and Olympic weightlifting. In volunteer coaching his kids’ teams he’s realized that teaching sportsmanship and demonstrating good behavior to his players in the face of challenging circumstances is ultimately the biggest personal contribution he can make to his community right now. He is active in his church and strives to model and teach Christ-like values to his kids
